Partnering for the Future

After twelve straight years of record-setting enrollment, UCCS is one of the fastest-growing universities in the nation. With this tremendous growth comes a tremendous responsibility to think deeply about the future success of our institution. As such, we take the need to partner on this critical strategic planning process very seriously.

We're not only partnering with our own constituents — our incredible faculty, staff and students — we're partnering with our community, too. In listening sessions and in discussions with our city and county officials, we're building into our plan needs for not just UCCS, but Colorado Springs and our region.

We knew it wasn't possible to complete this process alone, so while engaging our community, we also sought the help of JERA Partnerships, which is leading the strategic planning process. With their help, we will launch our strategic plan as our current plan expires in June 2020.
